If you / anyone in your network knows of people who may be vulnerable in these times of coronavirus but who haven’t received anything from the NHS about being on the “official” vulnerable list, there is a form that can be filled in by the person, or on their behalf:

People are encouraged to register even if they are unsure they have a condition which would make them eligible.
